Kathleen Cordes' Biography:
 
Kathleen Cordes is a candidate of the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, in addition to earning the CDPR, CNE, and EPRO designations. She does sales and leasing of both residential and commercial real estate. Ms. Cordes sells and markets residential, office, retail, mixed use, multi-family, developments,and land. She has represented developers on projects in Ukranian Village, the West Loop, and Lincoln Square neighborhoods in Chicago.

Prior to joining Prudential Rubloff Properties, Ms. Cordes was with Sheldon Good and Keller Williams, where she gained vast knowledge in commercial real estate by selling retail, office, multi-family, mixed use, and development properties and brokering business sales . She joined Prudential, one of the largest brokerage franchise networks in North America. to further her success in residential and commercial real estate.

Ms. Cordes has over 20 years experience in sales & marketing. Prior to getting into real estate she sold and developed multi-million dollar private label import programs. Ms. Cordes was the National Sales Director for a large uniform company where she sold to the hospitality and travel industries developing new business with Fortune 100 clients.

Ms. Cordes holds degrees from both Purdue University and the State University of New York. Ms. Cordes started and owned two retail operations. A native of Chicago, Ms. Cordes spent 11 years on the East Coast, returning to Chicago in 1997. She is a member of the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois, (MRED) an active member of the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), and a member of both the Illinois (IAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Ms. Cordes is a founding member of the Bucktown Triangle Association, a non-profit neighborhood association in Chicago. Ms. Cordes served on the Architectural committee working closely with the Department of City Planning, the Aldermen, Urban Planners, and Developers on changes and new developments in the community.

Ms. Cordes is currently the elected 1st Ward Committeeman in Chicago, The ward covers parts of Bucktown, Logan Square, Wicker Park, Humboldt Park, Ukranian Village, Westtown, and River West.
